Bernhard has spent decades in the restaurant and hospitality industry across three continents and acquired an extraordinary talent for the business of hospitality specializing in service protocols with high levels of international excellence.

Kjell-Raymond who achieved the highest diploma in Norwegian Chef School over 25years ago , has returned to his true passion, cooking, bringing unmatched skill and heartfelt dedication to every dish. His wife Guro, an acclaimed interior designer and style guru has a flair for timeless Scandanavian aesthetics, and has infused Nori with warmth, elegance and a unique atmosphere that invites you to stay a little longer.
